Neeraj Garg
Global COO, Aplusify
Neeraj Garg is the Chief Operating Officer at Aplusify. For 20 years, he has worked alongside a multitalented team to help associations and nonprofits drive digital transformation within their organization, enabling them to be more innovative, agile, and donor/member-centric. As Aplusify’s COO, he leads an internal task force that shares lessons learned, best practices, and practical applications that specifically relate to associations and nonprofits.
Nicole Adair
Principle Solution Engineer, Salesforce
Nicole Adair has been working at the intersection of nonprofits and technology for nearly 20 years. As a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, she helps nonprofit leaders align technology to drive their strategy and power their missions.
Before joining Salesforce, Nicole was a non-profit leader for both the American Red Cross and United Way. Nicole has led teams responsible for fundraising, marketing and operations. She is an early adopter and champion for technology.
Nicole received her B.A. in English from the University of Texas and is a graduate of the Institute for Leaders in Development at the University of Denver and a graduate of the the New Strategies Forum at the Global Social Enterprise Institute at Georgetown University. She holds four Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, and Platform App Builder.
Nicole is an avid volunteer, providing pro bono services through Salesforce’s volunteer program to nonprofits, large and small, mostly in the Denver metro area, where she is based. She is a sustainability leader with Earthforce and serves on the board of the Institute for Leaders in Development at the University of Denver and Clayton Early Learning, one Denver’s oldest nonprofit organizations and leader in early childhood education. Nicole is a Colorado native, living just outside Denver with her family of four humans and two dogs.
