Gwen E. Garrison, Founder & Principal Data Strategist, High Sierra Insights
Gwen E. Garrison is a research and data strategist with a focus on data collection, reporting, and policies. With nearly 35 years of experience, building and sustaining organizational data use for critical policy and operational decision, she helps leverage organizational data assets through the trifecta of data skills: visualization, management, and governance. She has also managed large data systems with millions of records and thousands of variables with high ethical standards for privacy and security.
Dr. Garrison is the founder and principal data strategist at High Sierra Insights where she and her team provide data governance, business intelligence, and evaluation services. She is also the founding director of Claremont Graduate University’s Educational Evaluation and Data Analysis program and Clinical Full Professor in the School of Educational Studies. She has authored over 65 association and academic level publications and presentations.
