Responsibilities

Aplusify is seeking a Sales Account Executive – Implementation to & drive new business. This
role requires a strong understanding of Association Management system. The ideal candidate
will have extensive experience in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship
management.

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business needs across membership management, events, and engagement.
  • Position Salesforce and Fonteva solutions in alignment with client challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and solution engineering teams to design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including conferences, partner events,and Salesforce ecosystem events, to build brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct solution demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase capabilities.
  • Convert leads into closed deals, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage sales cycle for new clients by decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business deals.
  • Provide input into build new solutions based on client requests and market trends.
  • Travel to Customer sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and business development
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs..
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
