Job Overview:
As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridge business needs with scalable
Salesforce Solution. You will be responsible for understanding client challenges, designing
tailored solutions, and ensuring the smooth implementation of services.
The ideal candidate will:
- Engage with senior executives and client leadership within Associations to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable, technology-driven solutions.
- Create Solution Blueprints and provide end-to-end solution expertise across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Partner effectively with cross function teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and client satisfaction.
- Align Business Priorities with Technical feasibility
- Serve as a key technical and strategic advisor, guiding clients through transformation and maximizing the impact of their technology investments.
- Conduct demo, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations for new clients’senior executives and decision-makers.
- Travel to Customer sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand client utilization of Salesforce, AMS tools, and integrated technologies.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant
- Preferred strong knowledge of Salesforce and/or Association Management Systems (AMS) such as Fonteva.
- Proven experience participating in pre-sales cycles, developing proposals, and presenting technical solutions to executive-level audiences.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solution designs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
